Privacy policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This policy covers two things: this website, wardorks.com, and WarDorks Manager, the private tool we use to run the WarDorks YouTube channel. WarDorks is run by TONNIC, in Canada.

This website

The website has no accounts, no forms and no advertising. We set no cookies and run no analytics.

The site runs on a server we operate, and its address is managed through Cloudflare. Like any website, our server and network providers process technical details such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the pages and to protect the site. The site's lettering is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also makes a request to Google when a page opens.

The home page has a YouTube player for the pilot. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video comes from YouTube's privacy-enhanced address (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube receives technical details such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. Links to YouTube take you to YouTube itself.

WarDorks Manager

WarDorks Manager is a tool we built for ourselves. It connects to YouTube through YouTube API Services and Google sign-in. Only the owner of the WarDorks channel signs in to it. It is not offered to the public.

What WarDorks Manager accesses

After the channel owner signs in and gives permission, the tool can read and change the WarDorks channel's own data:

It does not access any other Google account, and it does not collect data about viewers beyond what YouTube shows the channel owner in those statistics and in public comments.

How that data is used

The data is used for one purpose: managing and improving our own channel. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone, except the service providers that run the tool for us, including the AI assistant that operates it on the owner's instructions.

WarDorks Manager's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and deletion

The sign-in tokens that let the tool reach the channel are stored on a private server that only the channel owner controls. Working copies of channel data, such as statistics, are kept only as long as they are useful for running the channel.

The channel owner can remove the tool's access at any time on the Google Account permissions page. When access is removed, the stored tokens stop working and are deleted.

YouTube and Google terms

WarDorks Manager uses YouTube API Services. Anyone who uses it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Children

WarDorks is not made for children, and neither this website nor WarDorks Manager is directed at them.

Changes and contact
